Hi I’m Natalie, one of the many but main faces behind tHAIRapy. THAIRapy became about because my truest passion and belief in hair was founded when I connected the importance of feeling just as good on the inside, as you do on the outside from the moment you walk through the doors to the moment you leave. Building a relationship means the most to me, and I’m thankful to be able to do that through hair. 🥹
I’m a busy mom of two boys, a wife, and now a proud business owner.
If I’m not in the salon you’ll find me in the mountains, on my paddle board, the golf course (a new hobby) or home, my safe place, with my family.

Meet Dez! Full name, Dezirae. 🥰
She's been in the beauty industry for almost 12 years and now is so happy to say she owns a salon (this one)! She truly has a deep passion for making others feel their absolute best and that passion only continues to grow as well as her love for doing hair. The relationships built over the years is something she loves most.

Im devoted to expanding my knowledge in the industry and continuing to grow as a stylist.
I am passionate about all things hair and love to do lived in blonding, custom color, extensions and styling!
Aside from the salon, I love to cook and try different recipes! My happy place is anywhere with my family and my pup!
Rochelle
Meet Rochelle! She's certified in advanced blonding and balayage techniques and has had extensive advanced color training with some of the beauty industry's most sought-after artists. ⭐️
While Rochelle is most recognized as a colorist and known for creating her signature custom blonding and balayage transformations, she also loves being able to complete her client’s look by giving them the perfect cut.
Rochelle is also a CURL specialist and a DevaCut trained stylist who loves helping fellow curly girls embrace and love their natural texture! Whether your hair is wavy, curly or coiled, Rochelle’s Curly Girl Signature Cut is customized just for you and will help you achieve your perfect curls.

Shes so excited to be continuing to learn and expand her skills while working with the other amazing stylists at the salon.
In her free time she loves to knit, crochet, and spend time with her family and friends🎀

She’s been a stylist for two years now. Growing up in the salon watching her mom as a stylist, she knew she’d love getting to create all different kinds of hair transformations!
When not at the salon you can find her on the mountain skiing with her fiancé or at home cuddling an adorable mini golden-doodle!

My name is Kayla Minzghor!
I am a licensed cosmetologist in Hayden, Idaho.
I have been in the cosmotology industry for 14 years, and licensed for 12 years.
I specialize in MEN’s HAIR!
Men’s fades, facial clean up, in the sun lights. Being a cosmetologist is more than just a career path for me I truly love it. When I was a child I would set my “clients” up in the lawn for hair cuts. The lawn was never quite even… I intend to show my son how much fun it is to have clients that are grass.
My son is four and a ball of energy. We love doing any thing out side. Growing up in Hayden Idaho my whole life, I take so much joy in showing my son all the hidden gems this town has to offer. He also enjoys going in to the salon. He still has me running after him room to room to cut his hair. If you have kiddos that need a hair clean up, I have the patience to work with them.
